tomorrow, you're only a day away...

man, time flies. it's august. classes start tomorrow. i received my matriculation card last weekend so i'm now officially a student of our fine local university. neat. i got what i wished for - i'm going back to school. only problem? i still have to go to work as well!! haha.

just wanted to sneak in a quick post before i shower and head off to bed. trying to do all i can to make sure i can stay awake in class tomorrow!

NB: just read that Target has modified Sir Mix-a-lot's song "baby got back" for their back-to-school jingle. It now goes something like "baby got backpack" and promotes their school bags. hmm.. what is this world coming to?
