da power of steamboat

man, this steamboat thing is powerful - it's gotten me to go running 4 separate and distinct times.

just came back from a hearty steamboat dinner and it was good. the run wasn't that good, but eh, i'll survive.

kale's not too sure he's in shape for the duathlon this weekend. think being sick (or under the weather since sick seems a little severe) for 3 weeks straight can do that to you.. =(

time for a shower and then vegging out in front of the tv... early morning tomorrow morning! it's the ISO general assembly, and I get to go to the opening ceremony cos we have an announcement that's being made. =) i'm happy cos the announcement is the culmination of almost 2 years of cajoling and negotiating across industries and continents. phew, it's finally closed!! =)
