Mid-week blues

So surprise surprise, today's going REALLY slow too. Spent most of my morning cutting and pasting stuff in excel.. remind me again why I have a masters in mechanical engineering? Yeah..

Have been asked by the hubby to think about what to cook for dinner since I'm so bored. Was going to make risotto but the grocery store downstairs doesn't have arborio rice. Hmm.. and since I don't know any better, I'm not going to chance substituting it with something else. So, I'm still thinking...

Here's to hoping the afternoon gets a little busier.. I'm running out of work to busy myself with. Have a teleconference at 5.. but till then.. *groan*
