Front page

We had a media conference yesterday.. ok, technically the company holding the career fair we're working on had the media conference, but we put in a lot of effort on the media release and on our boss's remarks for the conference.

Well, the hard work paid off... we made the front page of the main local paper, and scored mention in the local business paper and the free paper. My boss even got on the radio last nite. Heh... feel accomplished. Our marketing comms girl is awesome.. she's a mother of 3.. and has been with the coy for a while (but she's really not much older than me) and she just knows how to work the media.. thank goodness for her, or we'd be sooo lost!

Feeling: accomplished!
