where did it go?

man, this weekend flew by! i have no idea where it went!
had class yesterday (which started a half hour late thanks to the prof). went down to meet fran, jan and joan for a belated b'day lunch. totally pigged out - we went to Bakerzin for dessert after and their warm choc cake is unbelievable!!

was supposed to attend an ex-colleague's wedding last nite, but kale and i had to take care of some stuff, so i regretfully had to ask my boss to give the couple an ang-pow from me instead. i feel bad =(. very very bad =(. especially since i know how bad i felt when ppl didn't show up for my wedding. sigh... but at least i covered the cost of my seat, so they didn't lose out on that as well.

i met up with dawn in the morning for brekky at scruffy murphy's in east coast and it was great! eggs, toast, grilled tomatoes, baked beans.. mmm.. we were supposed to go swimming today but the weather didn't cooperate.. rained all afternoon. poop. so we spent the rest of the afternoon watching movies - "how to lose a guy in 10 days", and then "rambo 3" which was showing on tv. hard to tell which was funnier..

met up with my aunt and grandma for dinner and that was essentially my weekend. where did it all go? poop.

this weekend is going to be crazy at work. loads of stuff to settle before the trip plus all this reading that i need to do to get myself up to speed. ack. i'm getting more and more nervous about this trip.. but i guess i really need to learn to take things easy and not go into panic mode!!
