race briefing

so we went for the race briefing yesterday. nothing earth-shattering. looks like it'll be an ok race. 4 laps in the pool, 2 rounds on the bike, and a run which finishes up on the track. should be ok.

the best part is there are (so far) only 5 girls doing the individual race.. so dawn and i will definitely come in within the top 5. bwahaha.

on another note, kale's almost down with the flu. i say "almost" cos he's been fighting it with medication and up until yesterday he was winning.. now the flu seems to be making a strong comeback so we'll see what the outcome is this evening... hope he gets over it before the weekend...
