Abe Lincoln

So what does a homily in church and Kale's friend Josh have in common? The Abe Lincoln. So anyhow, the carrier pulled in yesterday, and so there's a bunch of white guys with crew cuts, dressed in khaki (or denim) shorts and checked shirts wandering around town and hitting the bars.

Josh came into town yesterday (good timing cos otherwise we'd have been either packing up the old house or moving into the new one) and we hung out at their suite in a swanky hotel for a bit. Was an interesting experience. Rushed home to clear out crap from the old place before today's handover.

Managed to clear everything, caught a few zzzs and then woke up early to meet up with Josh and his friend Chris for church. Walking into Holy Fam with 3 white guys is an interesting experience.. I recommend it for anyone who likes being stared at. Mmm Mmm Mmm..

Will attach some pics taken at brekky today when I get the camera hooked up. Intro'ed the guys to laksa and nasi lemak. It's suffice to say it was an experience. Went down to Chinatown to soak up the CNY atmosphere and we're back at home lounging and basically chilling out to monster garage on TV. oooh.
