i seriously think we should go buy some stock in the diaper companies.
this kid runs through diapers like you wouldn't believe.
AND she has this uncanny knack for pooping and peeing DURING a diaper change, which usually results in soiled clothes, a wet torso and an unscheduled bath. sigh.
those one-piece sleep romper thingies? a neat idea for keeping the bambina warm, but oh-so-not-practical for diaper changes. she's managed to soil every single one she's had on during diaper changes. dude...

Heh heh, that's why I gave u the Nepia contact. My colleague is a convert after I bought him 1 pack of Nepia newborn diapers :p
E will pee once in a while during diaper change in her early months. Now, she likes to poo in clean diapers. So I have to change her twice in 30 mins some times! For day use, we use EQ Dry from Taiwan. It's made by same company which made Sealer diapers.
Chinese medical halls sell EQ for $10.50 per pack. For E's XL size there's 42 pieces. Still cheaper than Drypers which is $12+ for 40 pieces. Giant sells a bigger pack of EQ with 52 pieces at $12+.
I would only suggest that u go for cheap diapers if ur gal doesn't have sensitive skin like E. So far, we swear by Nepia and EQ for day. Mamy Poko & Pampers Premium for nites.
ya, thanks for the contact - we already ordered 4 packs - 2 NB and 2 S. so convenient! i'm a convert too! they do feel better than the pampers ones and are cheaper too! the mamy poko ones don't fit meredith at all - they are too wide in the middle. but the nepia ones are great!
think we dun hv to worry abt absorbency yet cos we change her so often even at night!
Don't worry a'bout it... it'll pass... heh, heh... by the way I called in sick on Weds, Herbie was sick too... mmmm ... Kale... and you can share with Swing Grampie... went to the Atlantic City airshow... they had the F-22... went into a slow completely vertical climb, stopped, hung there and then pushed the nose over and took off horizontal... WOW... for $185 mil... I guess it s/b special... and it's P&W powered! Dave said that's only about 20%, the rest is the systems... radar, weapons, etc.
