random non-baby things

1) I think I've found a blog host that has features I want - locked posts, and an import/export function so I don't have to manually copy all my existing posts. So I was all excited and set up an account, chose a template, etc and then I found out that because I switched to the beta version of blogger, they don't have a script that imports posts from the beta version yet. So I'm stuck. @#*&$. Can't transfer my posts over.. grr. All cos my fingers were itchy - I *just* signed up for the beta version and can't switch back. Duh. So now I need to wait for some tech geek to write a script for the beta version. I'm sure someone will soon.. *I hope*

2) So, remember how I said I signed up for a race at the end of Oct? And how I said I'd probably not train fot it thus defeating the purpose for signing up? yeaaahhh... well, it's early oct and I haven't so much as taken a brisk walk. Saw my gynae yest and she warned me to ramp up slooowly. hmm. Plus, the haze is such a convenient excuse now...heh.

3) Wade Robson is going to be in S'pore and I wanna go.. but have no one to go with... no one I know likes hip hop enough to want to go... sigh. Plus, that'd involve more babysitting... and I'm trying to ration my "off" hours.
